The Format

How the league works

Four sports. Two events each. Eight scored events. One company champion. Here’s the whole thing, start to trophy.

The Model

Your company. Your people. Your colors.

Your company registers a team of its own employees and pays one team membership for the season. Each participant signs up for one sport (more is allowed — every signup counts toward your roster size). Every company appoints a Team Manager as the single point of contact with the front office, and every team competes in jerseys with a clear company identifier.

What your company actually gets

Culture with a scoreboard

A quarter-long reason for your people to train together, travel together, and pack a sideline on Saturdays.

Brand exposure

Highlight reels, post-game interviews, and league media that put your employees — and your logo — in front of the valley.

Zero logistics on you

Venues, timing, officials, insurance, waivers, uniforms, prizes: the Commissioner's office runs it all. You bring the team.

Every employee included

W2X, the league fantasy game, an all-employee Awards Gala invite, and post-season culture events mean the non-athletes are in on it too.

A recruiting story

"We field a team in the W2 Super League" is the kind of sentence candidates repeat. Be the cool, forward-thinking company that jumped first.

Founding member status

Season one companies are founding members. That title doesn't come around again.

Registration closes Oct 14
