W2 Super League LLC ("W2SL", "we", "us") is a corporate athletics league based in Kaysville, Utah. This policy covers w2sl.com, our registration and sign-up forms, our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and the emails and texts we send about the league. Questions go to frontoffice@w2sl.com.
When a company registers a team or a participant signs up, we collect the details on that form: names, work email addresses, phone numbers, company name and mailing address, job title, projected roster size, sport selections, shirt sizes, and a typed e-signature on the registration agreement and waivers. When you fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers you submit there, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and job title. We also collect standard website data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel.
We use your information to confirm registrations, collect rosters, send event details, reminders, results, and standings, invoice team memberships and sponsorships, answer your questions, and tell you about upcoming seasons and events. Website and pixel data helps us understand which pages and ads bring companies to the league and lets us show relevant ads to people who have visited w2sl.com. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the companies that help us operate: our marketing and technology partner Why We Dream, which manages our website, communications, and advertising on our behalf; email and text delivery providers; payment and invoicing providers; and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement. Each of them may use your information only to provide services to us. Participant names, company names, and company logos appear on league signage, standings, media, and uniforms as described in the registration agreement. We may disclose information if required by law.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email frontoffice@w2sl.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Note that we keep registration records, signed agreements, and waivers for as long as the law and our insurance require.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
